With over 25 years’ experience, I offer a range of massage treatments tailored to your needs—whether that’s easing muscular tension, supporting recovery after exercise or injury, or simply taking time to relax and de-stress.

Since qualifying in 1998 with ITEC diplomas in Anatomy, Physiology, and Body Massage, I’ve continued to expand my expertise with additional qualifications in Remedial Massage and other holistic approaches. My background includes working with a wide range of clients in private health clubs, gyms, and clinical settings. I’ve supported people through recovery from sports-related strains, everyday aches and pains, and the physical effects of stress.

Alongside hands-on work, I’ve also taught massage and complementary therapies in both private training courses and further education settings—helping to raise standards and support the next generation of practitioners.
